This choreography is part of the creation created by Didier Théron on order for the opening of the France Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo in May 2010.

In the context of the « Lycéens Tour 2009/2010 » (High School Tour 2009/2010) and for the opening of the new vocational high school Mendès-France in September 2009, the CDI presents Us Others (“Nous autres”), a dance and live art performance for a media library.
Like a wolf in a sheep pen, Didier Théron invades the media libraries and the CDI to pay tribute to these cultural sites, and especially to disrupt their codes.

For this occasion, the Flemish artist will have chosen a movie or a documentary. This is an opportunity of meeting the audience in an impromptu manner. An evening surrounded by mystery with Jan Lauwers, as neither the date nor the artist’s choice has been confirmed yet…

On the invitation of Strutdance, Didier Théron will meet the choreographers and dancers in Perth, Australia, to work on what will become: Harakiri made in Australia.
4 performances, from November 12th – 15th, at His Majesty’s, the most important stage in Perth, for this re-creation: Harakiri made in Australia.
